Does Acropolis Management take care of paying my rental’s property taxes? 
As a service to our clients, Acropolis Management handles the timely payment of your property taxes and notifies you when that payment is made. This is just another service we offer so that you have the peace of mind that comes from knowing your income property is in the hands of caring professionals.

My on-site manager is on vacation while I have vacant apartment units for rent. How can you help?
Acropolis Management is always there to step in and keep things running smoothly. Our management staff can be available to personally show the unit and take applications; or we can assign a lock-box to your unit and, after careful screening, supply the code to the interested party for them to view the vacant unit.

My rental property needs some major repairs to prepare it for lease. Is this something you can do?
The In-House Maintenance Division at Acropolis Management has skilled professionals who are experts at major construction; replacing cabinets and flooring; installing appliances and plumbing; and managing almost any renovation, large or small, at a fraction of what would be charged by an outside vendor.

My tenant is late paying the rent.  How do you handle this?
We understand that this can be a very uncomfortable situation for all parties and one that Acropolis Management takes very seriously. Typically we allow the tenant a three-day grace period to make the payment. If after that time the rent has not been received, our experienced staff promptly initiates all necessary legal notices and required actions until the matter is fully resolved.

What if my property has a maintenance emergency on the weekend or after-hours? Will it be fixed immediately and will it cost more?
Acropolis Management has an In-House Maintenance Division on call 24/7, so that we can have someone on-site to take care of an emergency immediately. And because in almost all cases we don’t sub-contract the work to other vendors, there won’t be an extra charge for an after-hours repair.

When my property is vacant are you still charging a management fee?
We offer a number of ways to save you money during our relationship. Unlike some other management companies, Acropolis Management will never assess management fees to your account when the property is vacant. Yet, during that time our staff is working hard to locate the ideal tenant to keep your property generating income.

Will I receive end of year statements for my personal accounting purposes?
Yes. In addition to the monthly reconciliation statements, our staff provides comprehensive, end-of-the-year statements with detailed income and expense accounting.
