Acropolis Management, Inc. is a local, full-service property management company founded in 1985 with a corporate office based in Thousand Oaks, CA. Our current portfolio consists of single-family, multi-unit apartment complexes, and commercial buildings throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley.

TS Properties is the professional in-house maintenance division of Acropolis Management Inc. It provides expert emergency and non-emergency repairs at a substantial savings to clients. The full-service maintenance division is also skilled at major and minor renovations. This includes: preparing properties for lease, upgrading plumbing and electrical, installation of flooring, cabinets, appliance, and more.

Meet the Team

Tom Sosa is President and owner of Acropolis Management and CR Properties, he has nearly 3 decades of experience in the real estate sales, brokerage, and property management industry. He holds a license with the California Department of Real Estate, and is a long time resident of Ventura County. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic management platform, has mentored and led a team of property managers as well as creating professional client relations. He sees the importance of giving back to the community where he does business, and his company has sponsored many activities that serve youth over the years.

Michelle has had 25 + years experience as an accomplished accountant, and is responsible for overseeing day to day accounting for the property management team. She also helps review all incoming rental payments as well as preparing statements/payments to our owners. She is an expert in the field and can help you with just about any question on money matters.

Jacob Sosa is a licensed realtor under the California Department of Real Estate. After graduating from California Lutheran University, Jacob spent 2 years working in Luxury resorts and reservations before arriving at Acropolis. Jacob is committed to providing excellent service and professionalism for you and your property. Under the council from his father/owner of Acropolis, he will prove to make a great addition to our team!
Irene has many years experience and also reviews all incoming rental payments as well as preparing statements/payments to owners. Her goal is to provide exceptional service, and goes above and beyond to make sure things are done in an efficient and timely manner.
